Overall we really liked Cameron estate agents and their friendly staff. We had a slow moving purchase and Charlotte was very proactive in speeding it along and also very friendly along with the rest of her colleagues.
The first thing I really liked about Matthew and the team in the Uxbridge Office is his pro-activeness and that is really important to me as a first time buyer having a lot of doubts and weird questions/requests for everything. The follow up and the assistance are fantastic and create the necessary trust feeling that is needed. For any Real Estate consulting/needs, I strongly recommend working with Matthew and Cameron Estates.

I have recently been looking to purchase a property and have dealt with many agents in the area however have only agent that stands out is Cameron. My point of contact was Matthew and he was fantastic. He listened to all my requirements and found me the perfect house, unfortunately I needed to sell a property that wasn’t local which seemed to be harder than expected. With regret I had to I had to stop my search. Matthew still checks in with me which I feel is brilliant and I have recommended him to many friends.

Updated Feb 2019: Regarding on my previous experience with Cameron, the letting manager contacted me and we did proceed afterwards. There are some update: 1. Product- 7/10 We were shown a lot more flats than before although 90% of them are actually in the same building( or even 95%). There are some flat kind of mouldy and the letting manager did mentioned "if you want a new mattress you need to go for new building." 2. Price: 7/10 All flat shown were actually the same price at the end of the day. However, when we request to rent the flat the flat went up from 950pm market price to 1150pm but we were in a hurry as I told the manager in the morning I would like to settle everything. I personally dislike about this but its within our budget and we don't want to argue and we ended up making the landlord upset and the agent upset. 3.Service 9/10 To be honest, the letting manager Scot actually spent time to look around with us instead of the first experience with cameron where they couldn't be more annoyed when I asked if I could view more. He did followed up with us on the viewings. Not much help with the price and the move in date is a mess where I ended up purchasing another flight ticket. BUTTTT , I have to say but is since the studio is tiny, I asked Scot if we can have less items in the flat and he did adjusted it within our needs, we got rid of 1 bedside table and the TV cupboard saving the landlord's money and our space, the flat is equipped with all cutlery and the landlord is going to provide us with a hoover as we love hoovering. 4.Management There is 1 person dealing with us, which is Scot. All documents are listed online. For Chinese people with less understanding of English you will have to read carefully about the terms and condition. The inventory check is via third party which is better( some companies do it themselves and you ended up throwing away all your deposit) , Security deposit is very high compare to the market( a month rent) but we were definite to rent. We still do not know how things work and I think/hope Cameron will give us a hand too. 5. Conclusion I am overall satisfied with the flat we found and for a young man with such a passion he deserves a thumbs up~! I do hope the moving out process in the future could run smoothly as well. ============================ Jan2019: trying to find a property in Dec and its mid Jan now, they only gave me 1property to view so I asked them to contact me when you have other properties to view, no reply at all! My budget isn’t low and my move in date is set to suit them location is from uxbridge to West drayon but still I got only 1 property to view. I managed to whatsapp cameron property, they asked me to give them my email and they will send me the confirmation email, I didnt get it so I went back to uni and do my work. I whatsapped them to rearrange viewings for tomrrow and they replied, “we had agreed on this”, “ I have 6 viewings today might not be avalible tomorrow.” When I asked how many can I view if I come now he just replied “Can you not come and look today? Yes or no?” and ignored my questions when he is online, no reply... Im not familiar with this area and I found renting a property there is extremely difficult compare to central London, people aren't that movitated to help and they only give you one property each time to view in which I do not understand. If you give your client serval options in 1 go they can sit back and think instead of keep arranging to view! Plus some of their properties listed on rightmove arent even avaliable they just post it there!

We we're delighted that we went with Cameron's, after having very bad experiences with estate agents over the last year, it was a breathe of fresh air and I couldn't recommend them enough. The flat provided was perfect. The landlord also seems very reasonable and understanding. And finally, the customer service from Katie at the Uxbridge office was beyond what I expected. I would recommend them to anyone
