Apache is already bringing forward a £2bn investment pipeline of 6,000 BTR homes in UK cities, in partnership with developer Moda.
Harrison Street and Apache plan to jointly forward-fund seven Moda schemes. One deal in Liverpool has been completed and they plan to also forward fund schemes in Birmingham, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds and London.
