New lettings laws are being introduced all the time and we’re aware of all of them. As your property manager, we will ensure your let meets all the required rules, regulations and legislations.
Keeping your tenant safe
As a landlord you have a duty of care to your tenant but don’t worry, we’ll make sure they’re safe by carrying out the lawful checks required, including gas, electrical, furniture and furnishings, smoke detector, carbon monoxide alarm and Legionnaire’s testing.
No 2am calls
Not many people want Sunday lunch interrupted by a tenant or precious sleep disturbed with news of a faulty boiler. As your property manager, all maintenance queries and tenant questions will come to us, whatever time of day (or night!). We call on our trusted contractors to make any repairs and schedule the works on your behalf, keeping disruption to a minimum.

We never forget that your buy-to-let is an asset or perhaps a much -loved family home, therefore our job is to protect its value and condition from start to end. We’ll do that for you with our efficient check in and inventory process; our vigilant mid-term inspections to check your tenant is looking after the property, and via a professional check out procedure so any damage in offset by the deposit.
