Housing associations Metropolitan and Thames Valley Housing have completed their partnership to form Metropolitan Thames Valley.
MTVH owns 57,000 homes across London, the South East, East Midlands and East of England and alongside the partnership, new chief executive Geeta Nanda announced plans to deliver 2,000 new homes annual of which 80% will be affordable.
