Register landlord and tenant details and protect the security deposit with a Government-authorised Scheme

Provide the tenant(s) with the Deposit Certificate and Prescribed Information within 30 days of start of tenancy

The Deposit Registration Fee is charged on any extension and renewal with the same tenants.

Property visits during a void period (one every 2 weeks) : £60.00 (inc VAT) per visit

Withdrawal from Agreed Offer : £200.00 (inc VAT)

Photocopying documents : £30.00 (inc VAT) regardless of number, up to a maximum of 50 pages

Obtaining consent from a lender or a Superior Landlord : £60.00 (inc VAT) excluding fees charged by the lender or Superior Landlord

Installation of smoke alarms or carbon monoxide detectors : £60.00 (inc VAT) excluding contractor's cost
