Tenants Fees:

The payments in connection with a tenancy that you will be asked to make are:
  • a refundable tenancy deposit capped at no more than five weeks’ rent where your total annual rent is less than £50,000, or six weeks’ rent where your total annual rent is £50,000 or above
  • a refundable holding deposit (to reserve a property) capped at no more than one week’s rent
  • payments to change the tenancy when requested by the tenant, capped at £50, or reasonable costs incurred if higher
  • payments associated with early termination of the tenancy, when requested by the tenant
  • payments in respect of utilities, communication services, TV licence and council tax
  • A default fee for late payment of rent and replacement of a lost key/security device giving access to the housing, where required under a tenancy agreement

Landlords Fees:

Letting Only Service

13.2 % including VAT (equivalent of 11% + VAT)

If the monthly rent was £1,000.00 per month, the annual fee would be £1,584.00 including VAT

Rent Demand Service

16.8 % including VAT (equivalent of 14% + VAT)

If the monthly rent was £1,000.00 per month, the monthly fee would be £168.00 including VAT

Property Management Service

19.2 % including VAT (equivalent of 16% + VAT)

If the monthly rent was £1,000.00 per month, the monthly fee would be £192.00 including VAT

1. Consultancy for the following:

additional visits to a Property if we are managing;

£60.00 including VAT

waiting time at the Property;

£60.00 including VAT per hour

having extra sets of keys cut;

£30.00 including VAT (excluding key cost)

obtaining consent from a lender or a Superior Landlord;

£60.00 including VAT (excluding fees charged by the lender or Superior Landlord)

installation of smoke alarms or carbon monoxide detectors;

£60.00 including VAT (excluding contractor’s cost)

2. Preparation of an Inventory, Check in & Check out by an inventory clerk

3. Preparation of the Cameron’s standard Tenancy Agreement

4. Preparation of an Extension Agreement for the Tenancy

5. Cost of referencing a tenant

6. Visits during a void period for each visit (one every 2 weeks):

7. Refurbishment works – Supervisory charge of 12% of the value of works including VAT for works estimated in excess of £500.00, excluding the cost of works.

8. Tax retention for a non-resident landlord per quarter:

£ 60.00 including VAT.

9. Registration for the Tenancy Deposit Scheme:

£ 90.00 including VAT

10. Renewal of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme:

£90.00 including VAT

11. Preparation of documentation for Court proceedings or TDS adjudication:

£ 60.00 including VAT per hour.

12. Attendance by Cameron at Court or a tribunal on behalf of the Landlord:

£ 60.00 including VAT per hour plus the reasonable costs and expenses of Cameron.

13. Duplicate statements provided to the Landlord or his accountant:

£30.00 including VAT per statement

14. Duplicate Statements for the Fiscal Year

£120.00 including VAT

15. Annual transaction reports

£30.00 including VAT per fiscal year

16. Land Registry Check

£12.00 including VAT

17. Photocopying documents :

£ 30.00 including VAT (regardless of number, up to a maximum of 50 pages)

18. Cost of specialist advertising or brochures:

19. Cost of instructing Energy Performance Certificate
