Buying a property is one of life’s most exciting events and we’re here to make the process as simple as possible. Refresh your memory with these buying milestones:

Let’s live here! –

Our area guides will give you a great flavour of the places we cover but you can’t beat our branch staff for local area knowledge, so fire away with your questions.

Borrowing budget –

Let’s sit down and help you work out what costs are involved. We’ll happily recommend a mortgage advisor, who will tell you how much you can borrow, and we’ll explain any additional costs in a way you’ll understand.

Find your happy ever after –

It’s only natural to start your property search online but for a really personal service, register with us and we’ll hand select homes that tick all your boxes.

Get it sold –

If you already own a home and are looking for selling advice, just ask. Our sales team is ready to give your move some real momentum. Let’s book a valuation and order that ‘for sale’ sign today.

See it up close –

Take the plunge and book some viewings, especially since many properties look better in the flesh than they do online. We’ll even accompany you, if you need some extra support. If you’d like to make an offer, let us know and we’ll pass it on to the seller’s agent.

A closer inspection –

A survey tells us the condition of the property but the reports can be long and difficult to decipher. Bring it in to us and we’ll help you understand the contents and work out whether you should revise your offer based on what’s detailed.

The legal bit –

When you have an offer accepted it’s time to instructor a solicitor. They will look after the legal transfer, conduct searches and co-ordinate monies. There will be lots of paperwork to read and sign but if anything is unclear, contact us and we’ll talk you through what’s needed.

Contracts & exchange –

Signed contracts – signed by the buyer and the seller - are actually exchanged by the two solicitors involved! This seals the deal and makes it legally binding. Now it’s time to start packing.

Completion –

It’s the day everyone has been working towards – when your mortgage funds are transferred to the seller, and you’re free to collect the keys and move in. We’ll be in the background coordinating the big day with your solicitor but if you have any questions, please direct them to us.
